In BeAddy, you have a connection with the ad servers in order to create and manage your media plans. But every now and then, you will get a notification message saying your connection is expired and need to reauthorize. What does this mean?
Basically, you need to renew your permission with the ad server to be able to let BeAddy post campaigns in your name. For most platforms, this happens once every three months.
Step 1: Navigate to the Connections tab.
Step 2: Click the three dots on the right side of the connection you need to reauthorize.
Step 3: Click Reauthorise connection.
Now you will have to give access again, and perhaps fill in your passwords to confirm.
